Still searching for that ever elusive profit margin Google, Inc. owned YouTube unveilved it’s latest bid to win advertisers hearts and viewers eyeballs. Calling it’s new section “YouTube Shows”it’s setup to compete with Network darling Hulu. In fact, unlike the NBC Universal/Fox creation, YouTube’s effort consists mainly of older series and some distant past CBS, Lionsgate, MGM, Starz and Sony Pictures material. You won’t find any recent blockbusters and TV Series except for CBS’s “Harper’s Island” which is struggling to find an audience.In related news, Walk Disney is negotiating to purchase a piece of Hulu in exchange for distributing their shows and movies on the site.
