How is a Mobile App Developer Supposed to Survive?

Whenever I hear a developer say, “It’s so hard to develop for Android. There’s so many different screen sizes to think about.” I have to wonder, how would they ever survive building a website, or even a desktop application, where users can have potentially any screen size they want? I can resize my browser any number of ways. Apps like Spotify on the desktop (or Steam for that matter) let me resize the window in all directions. How can a developer be so short sighted or just plain lazy. The phrase “It’s so hard” should be driven out of their brain. It’s a challenge, over come it, don’t bow down to it and give up. How can you survive in this industry with such a lazy, complacent, attitude?
